Victoria's late B-Day gift

Victoria got a late B-Day gift from her great grandpa and grandma. It's called Betty Bib's Fairy Handbook. It is the cutest book and anyone who likes fairies will love it. It talks about any kinda fairy u can think of and has a recipe for fairy cake that i will put down for anyone who wants to try it.

FAIRY CAKE RECIPE

4 oz butter or margarine
4 oz sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp milk

FOR THE ICING

4 oz icing (confectioners') sugar
juice of 1 lemon


Preheat oven to 400F. In a large bowl. cream the butter or margarine with the sugar until light as a fairy. Gradually beat in the egg and the vanilla essence. Then fold in the flour and stir in the milk. Spoon the mixture into paper cases placed on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cakes are golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool on a wire rack. To make the icing, put the icing sugar in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Beat together until the icing is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon and semi-opaque like a fairy's wings. Spread it over the top of each cake and decorate with one of these suggestions.


Crystallized rose petals for a fragrant crunch
Finely chopped lavender (English or French)
A freshly-picked primrose from the garden or woodland
A single sugared almond or a pounded green pistachio

well i know it's been awhile, don't ask why cause i don't know. lol well on the 29 th of June i am having a passion party. if anyone would like to order any thing from my party but wont be able to be there just let me know. me and Michelle got weird the other day with Jesse she has the videos on YouTube but i am going to try to put them on here so ppl can see some of them. lol alright here ya go let me know what y'all think lol ha ha

april fools day

Today Eli turned 6. he knew he was going to turn 6 today so when i told him April fools your b day is next month then said April fools again and said naw today is your b day he didn't find it funny but me and jess did lol ha ha ha. my friend Dee did a HORRIBLE April fools on me that i bought hook line and sinker. lol she told me she got married today and was pg. now i love Dee with all my heart she is family and we have been friends for ever, but anyone who knows her knows she has been married twice and for a while was really wanting a baby so u can see where i would believe EVERY WORD SHE TOLD ME. i was reeling until she said APRIL FOOL'S. man i just wanted to smack her lol he he he hope everyone had a fun APRIL FOOL'S DAY!

an interesting night at bingo

well last night for the first time in 10 years i got billy to go to bingo with me teala and carlyon. well needless to say it was a very interesting night. lol billy was his usual self only louder then he should have been. when i asked it if bingo was as bad as he thought it was, he said "HELL YES why do u think i was acting the way i was. i was so bored i had to do something." at one point he was clenching his fist togeather rocking back and forth repeating i cant take the suspence. lol ha ha ha well we all had alot to laugh about while billy was there and i think the caller was getting mad. they raffled off a couple of turkeys which we didnt win nor did we win any money but at the end they gave everyone some ham so it want a total loss lol
